Job Description: Office Manager/People & Culture Coordinator 

3 Ravens Brewery and CoBrew Coworking are looking for an all-round office ninja with exceptional administration skills, an outgoing personality and a love for creating a positive culture. 

CoBrew is a fun and vibrant coworking space above 3 Ravens Brewery and Bar in Thornbury. We are a local community hub who value diversity, forward thinking and collaboration. 

Established in 2003, 3 Ravens are one of the pioneers of Australian craft beer, and contribute to a world-class hospitality scene by providing unique and innovative beers that celebrate local. 

3 Ravens and CoBrew are looking for an Office Manager/People & Culture Coordinator to work across both businesses in our joint Thornbury office. The role has four primary responsibilities - HR, administration, sales support and logistics. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Managing, maintaining and growing the coworking space 
  • Creating a strong sense of community and well being among CoBrew members and the 3 Ravens team 
  • Being the single point of contact for all Office and HR related activities 
  • Operational support across all departments 
  • Working closely with the 3 Ravens sales team, processing orders and liaising with 3rd party logistics partners 
  • Streamlining processes and improving the overall efficiency of business operations 
  • Data entry and reporting 

You will be: 

  • Outgoing with a flair for developing new relationships and building rapport 
  • A friendly face and natural born people person with exceptional customer service skills 
  • Highly organised and a gun at multitasking 
  • A natural problem solver who can think on their feet and take initiative to resolve issues 
  • IT savvy and easily able to navigate multiple platforms 
  • Self-motivated and driven 
  • Passionate about hospitality, community and culture 

Experience and qualifications: 

  • More than three years administration experience 
  • Office management/HR experience preferred 
  • A qualification in HR or business administration preferred 
  • The ability and desire to wear many hats
