Blackman’s Brewery is an award-winning Victorian Brewery with three hospitality venues located in Torquay, Geelong and Ocean Grove, and beer distributed Australia-wide across venues and retail premises. We are a tight-knit group of people who love what we do, and we are growing.
We are an independent, family-run and owned brewery based on the Surf Coast and Geelong. We make our beers with the best quality ingredients we can get our hands on; we give our beers the right amount of time in tank, and we don't rush them through to meet deadlines. Our core range is made up of beers that cover a variety of flavours and styles and, now with Coast Hard Seltzer in our bag of tricks, we are making quality beer and seltzer for everyone.
We're on the hunt right now for a Melbourne-based, like-minded sales legend, with a passion for craft beer to join our Vic Sales team. If you can bring solid sales expertise to the table, want an autonomous role managing your own sales patch, and love to live and breathe Melbourne’s craft beer, hospitality, and retail scene, we can’t wait to hear from you!

Role & Responsibilities:
- On the road, face-to-face sales with retail and on-premises customers
- Maintain and grow an existing customer base
- Actively seek and convert new business
- Be the face of our brand in Melbourne and surrounds; creating brand awareness, organising and hosting in-store tastings, and partaking in events and festivals
- Plan and maintain a customer call cycle in assigned territory
Requirements:
- Love of craft beer or seltzer. Or both!
- Sales experience essential
- VIC Drivers Licence and own vehicle
- VIC RSA
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work autonomously and convert sales
- Track record of excellent customer service
- Strong planning, administration and communication skills
The salary package on offer is based on prior experience with attractive, achievable sales targets / bonuses.
