Prancing Pony's home is a popular destination in the Adelaide Hills where visitors can enjoy fresh beers in the shadow of the brewery they were made in.

If you'd like to help run that space, they're hiring a venue manager.

Job Description: Venue Manager/2IC

Prancing Pony Brewery is an award-winning, independent brewery located in the Adelaide Hills. We are in our 10th year of operation, producing an extensive range of beers with nation-wide distribution.  We also operate two hospitality venues (Adelaide Hills and Rundle Street, CBD).

Our Adelaide Hills venue provides an industrial tourism experience where visitors can get close to the beer-making process while enjoying food and drinks and music. The Brewshed is family-friendly, welcoming, and community-spirited. It’s a much-loved destination for locals and visitors alike.

We are open seven days a week and serve wholesome food with a focus on regional ingredients matched to our beers. We have a 16-tap bar and serve beer, wine, spirits and cocktails, as well as non-alcoholic drinks, and hot & cold beverages.  We have a wood-fired oven, and our pizzas are quietly famous.

On weekends we have live music, and we support the community with events and participate with festivals and community happenings.

We have significant growth plans on the horizon, and we are now looking for a dedicated and experienced Venue Manager/2IC to lead our Adelaide Hills team to the next level.

Requirements of the role:

Desired experience and personal attributes:
