We are currently on the hunt for a casual FoH legend with personality-plus to join our super-rad team in Grovedale, Geelong. This venue serves up our award-winning beer and delish pizzas from our resident pizza truck and we’d love to welcome an experienced casual to our FoH fold where you can talk about beer all night long within a fun and positive working environment.
Flexible hours through the week but weekend availability is a must. And the sooner you can start with us, the better!
Blackman’s Brewery is an award-winning Victorian Brewery with three hospitality venues located in Torquay, Geelong and Ocean Grove, and beer distributed Australia-wide. We are a tight-knit group of people who love what we do, and we are continuing to grow.
What we’re offering
A front-of-house role with reliable hours. This is not a job where you pour a beer and that’s the end of the story, or dump the pizza and run. This is a place where we want the customer liaison to be real, educational about beer when it needs to be, and genuinely hospitable.

An energetic, enthusiastic and fun beer loving legend who loves hospitality, having a good time, and making sure customers are too. We want someone who can make everyone feel welcome from the moment they step through our doors.
You must be able to smile. Smiling is very important.
Solid work ethic, flexibility and ability to fit well within our team. It’s a small team here but tight-knit and supportive of one another.
Commitment to the good beer cause and a love of good beer – we want you to become part of the Blackman’s family; the Blackman’s team as well as our amazing customers.
