Shelter sits at the foot of the famous Busselton Jetty, overlooking tinnies on the bay, foreshore picnics and kids competing for the biggest bombie. We’re born, owned and brewed in Busselton - and just want to create great beers with a little slice of the South West in them that we can share with the world.
The Role
We're chasing a Perth-based sales rep that loves the brand, loves craft beer, and of course loves Shelter beers. The position will work with our team in Busselton and our Perth-based Brand Ambassador, and will focus on driving sales through off-premise venues, so you’ll need to be ready to make new friends in the bottle shops of Perth.
In short, what you'll do is:
- Drive sales in off-premise trade
- Provide top-notch customer service to your clients
- Grow a customer base through direct business and wholesaler accounts
- Develop long-term relationships
- Organise and participate in events from in-store tastings to larger promotions and festivals
- Become a champion for the Shelter brand and products
The right person for the job will:
- Have a sound knowledge of, and experience in, sales and customer service
- Offer flexible work hours - some weekend and after-hour work will be required
- Be super organised and able to stay on top of a large customer base
- Be able to work independently, although we’ll be doing what we can to support your from down in Busselton, as well as with our growing team based up in the city
- Come down to Busselton to visit Shelter every now and then!
