In one of the local media's regular misinformed beer articles this year, it was claimed a new microbrewery was opening in a Melbourne suburb every week.
While that's a long way from the truth, there are a lot of openings, with Bodriggy soon to add its name to the roster of those calling the Victorian capital home.
It's early days yet, but if you're an experienced brewer then Bodriggy's founders are looking for a head brewer to jump on board from the very early days of development.
JOB DESCRIPTION: HEAD BREWER
A brand new brewery starting in Melbourne in on the hunt for a new head brewer and potential business partner. Roles will include and go beyond:
- Finalising selection of brewing system
- Finalising brew site
- Developing a new brand from scratch
- Eventually overseeing build and installation of system
- Recipe Development
- Quality Control
- Packaging
- Sourcing and controlling logistics
Candidates will have extensive experience and all necessary certificates.
This project will be developing a brewery from the ground up.
The right candidate will eventually be incorporated as a director in the company. Please note that this role will start as a casual position until the project has developed enough to warrant a full time role.
