Port Macquarie's Little Brewing has finally started to get the wider recognition its beers deserve.
Its range covers popular beer styles, such as pale, porter and pilsner, high ABV Belgian style ales under the Mad Abbot banner, and colourfully presented IPAs and other big, contemporary craft beer.
And now they're looking for an additional brewer to help brew them.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWER
Port Macquarie on the mid North Coast of NSW boasts a stunning coastline, one of Australia’s most ideal climates, and excellent local water which is among the softest in the world.
The town is home to The Little Brewing Company, widely respected for its award winning Wicked Elf and Mad Abbot brands, and more recently for a lineup of IPA-inspired goodness, including Fastidious Bastard IPA , Death Between The Tanks Double IPA, Breaking the Cardinal Rule IPA Tripel, and Stab in The Dark Imperial Porter.
Little Brewing seeks a brewer, with experience across brewing, packaging, cellar and warehousing operations, to join its team. Ideally, you will have a minimum of three years of experience in a commercial brewing environment, and you will be passionate about consistently producing high quality craft beer. This is a full-time position requiring a ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to get in and get the job done when required.
A salary based on skills, experience and qualifications will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
