4 Pines is enjoying great success, growing to become one of the biggest independent microbreweries in Australia and collecting awards too. This week it also claimed the most spots in the Hottest 100 poll too, with seven beers making the list.
As it continues to grow, the Sydney-based business is looking to take on two more reps in Victoria.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BEER LOVERS / SALES REPS
Position 1 - Inner West / Regional Territory
Position 2 - Inner East / Peninsula Territory
4 Pines is a family owned brewery / hospitality operation with Brewing HQ on Sydney's Northern Beaches and facilities in both Manly and Brookvale.
We pride ourselves on our handcrafted award winning beer producing and delivering 30 to 40 unique styles of beer per year with national distribution plus a nationally recognised and awarded growing hospitality operation.
The Beer Lover roles require highly motivated, vibrant, results-driven individuals with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience who are ready to take on key roles representing 4 Pines in either of the above sales territories.
Being a small growing business, we're looking for team mates who can demonstrate the 4 Pines brand values and have a passion for great craft beers. On top of this, the successful candidates will ideally have experience spanning both the on-premise and off-premise channels.
Relevant Experience & Attributes:
- An understanding and love of craft beer
- Liquor sales experience in these either of these territories
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic/fast paced business in growth mode
- Self-motivated
- Tenacious
- Team player
Key role tasks:
- Minimum number of daily sales calls
- Achieve sales targets & distribution KPI's
- Maintain territory database
- Conduct weekly in-store tastings
- Beer Festivals & Events as required
- Raise brand awareness of 4 Pines within the territory
