Brookes Beer brought commercial brewing back to Bendigo in a serious way two years ago.
With a raft of new products set to launch, they're looking to take on a sales manager to boost their business in Regional Victoria.
JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER
We’re a two year old, fast growing, independently owned brewery located in Bendigo. We’re very serious about the business of making and selling beer and we try to pull that off in a friendly, drama-free style.
We’re about to launch some exciting new products to the market to join our established existing portfolio of beers and we need an experienced sales professional to help out our small team.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the directors of the business you’ll be responsible for sales with the focus on Regional Victoria. This is a field based role and you can expect to be on the road most days, including some in store promotions time.
You’ll have responsibility for managing existing and new customer relationships and the role has a high business development component.
We’ll provide you with the very best sales technology to help identify and convert new customers and you’ll have an excellent degree of support from the business to assist achieving targets.
We are a fast growing business and there are excellent prospects for expanded responsibility in the future.
Who we're looking for:
- Based in or close to Bendigo.
- FMCG sales experience. Liquor experience is an advantage but not essential.
- A positive attitude towards beer and the important place it holds in our culture.
- Excellent communicator and influencer.
- A structured and disciplined approach to work, ideally with exposure to CRM systems in a front line role.
- Current driver’s licence, current RSA certificate or willingness to complete RSA certification.
We are offering a package comprising an attractive salary including vehicle and phone allowance and a generous sales incentive scheme. The overall package will be commensurate with you skills and experience.
