A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced chef to join the team at one of Melbourne's leading gastropubs. The Terminus is a well established & successful venue located in Fitzroy North, conveniently close to all modes of public transport. This job is perfect for someone looking for a stable, long term position within an organisation that values work life balance.
The gastropub component of the venue has a well established reputation for quality pub fare which has seen it included in The Age Good Food Guide for the last four editions and awarded the title of “Best Pub in Melbourne” by the Herald Sun and “Pub of the Year 2014” by Time Out Magazine.
This coupled with our new Craft Bar Kitchen & Beer Garden, with its more contemporary feel and less expansive Asian inspired menu, offers another challenge for the members of our food operations.
