JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER - NSW
Prancing Pony Brewery is a fast growing and expanding Craft Beer producer focused to become a significant player in the craft beer industry in Australia. Our products are interesting and we have an exciting innovation pipeline to support future growth. Our multiple award winning beers are of high standard and we have achieved significant traction in South Australia.

In this role, developing our existing customer base is as important as creating new accounts. Reacting swiftly and following up is an important aspect of this role.
We are on the hunt for a passionate, energetic, industry savvy sales professional with previous sales experience in the craft beer/liquor/food industry, who is a great communicator and can develop strong relationships across a number of segments in both on and off premise. You will be working closely with our distributor and focus on gaining significant market penetration.
The role will be based in Sydney and the successful candidate will drive the development and implementation of all sales processes and support brand recognition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Face to face visits with existing and new customers
- Managing sales orders from customers
- Management of stock in distributor warehouses
- Facilitate new accounts set up
- Capture and update sales information on CRM database
- Monthly reporting on sales targets and stock levels
- Conducting regular tastings and educational sessions both on/off premise
- Participation with events

Qualifications/Skills required:
- Must qualify to meet State Liquor Licensing requirements. Hold current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate for NSW.
- Driver's licence
- Operational skills in CRM Software, competent in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Remuneration will be based on experience. An attractive base salary and bonus payments linked to sales targets, plus car allowance and phone will be provided.
