Lovedale Brewery is looking to add a new brewer to the team to work on its suite of beers, spirits and ciders in the Hunter Valley. If you've got the experience they need and are looking for a change of scenery, get in touch.
JOB DESCRIPTION: BREWER - NEW SOUTH WALES
Lovedale Brewery is a privately owned craft beer, cider & spirit producer based in the Hunter Valley. Along with our sister Sydney Brewery we are responsible for brewing trophy winning beers and ciders, and are looking for an experienced and motivated brewer to add to our team in Lovedale.
The successful applicant will be:
- Passionate about beer/cider/spirit production,
- Experienced in brewing beer on a commercial scale,
- OHS focussed and will have an unwholesome fascination with cleaning.
The following skills will help put you in a great position for this role:
- Previous brewing and/or packaging experience,
- Any type of brewing/winemaking/food sciences education,
- Current RSA,
- Forklift licence.
