It's fair to say Australia hadn't seen anything quite like Moon Dog before the Abbotsford brewery opened. Now the wild ones are all grown up (sort of) with a huge new brewery and are looking for an additional brewer.
JOB DESCRIPTION: EXPERIENCED BREWER
We have just commissioned our awesome new 60hL brewery in Abbotsford, Victoria, and we need an experienced brewer to join our crew and help us make some awesome beers.
We are looking for a shit hot brewer to take on brewing and packaging responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
- Managing brew days
- General brewing responsibilities, cellar duties, equipment maintenance and cleaning
- Packaging scheduling and supervision
- Quality control program management and reporting
- Providing input to continuous improvement programs
- Assist with development of new speciality beer recipes and improvement of core range beers
What you will have, thereabouts:
- Minimum 4 years of brewing or brewery experience
- Qualifications in brewing or other food production
- Familiar with brewery cleaning, hygiene, and food safety requirements
- Forklift License
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Desire to be part of an awesome production team making sexy-ass beers.
