Nominee/Business Manager HOLGATE BREWHOUSE, Woodend
Is required to grow one of Victoria’s premier Craft Beer Destinations. The Holgate Brewhouse craft beer brand has gone from strength to strength nationally, and now requires an experienced venue and business manager to run the Tourism and Hotel part of the business. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will be responsible for the license, marketing initiatives, sales and profit growth of the Venue ; customer experience and satisfaction and developing a focused and dedicated craft beer team.
The Ideal Candidate:
You will come with a love of craft beer, a market savvy approach to the position, and a background that is both professional and focused on growth. This venue has a great reputation for their Food and Beverage offerings, so your ability to increase service and hands on approach to the role is needed. You background will have a stable history in all areas of hotel management, with a focus on quality food, culture and service drive. We seek an individual that is passionate about driving sales and customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Several years experience in Venue Management
Proven experience leading, managing and motivating
A passion for and above average knowledge of craft beer
A strong knowledge of marketing and promotions
A ‘hands on’ approach and lead from the front
Excellent financial skills, bottom line driven, with proven success in profitability
Paramount in this role is the ability to understand the market and target opportunities
Fantastic presentation and great communication skills.
