Job Description: Territory Manager- Beer
An emerging beer company is looking for experienced Sales Manager, to continue their growth within NSW, responsible for Geographic Sales & Trade Marketing.
One of Australia’s emerging “Craft” Beer brands, ENDEAVOUR Vintage Beer Co. was the only Australian-owned medallist at the 2014 World Beer Cup. As we continue to grow and move through our ambitious vision we require an additional Sales Representative in NSW to support our current growth and future opportunities. With a strong national retail presence, growing tap sales and rapidly expanding portfolio, this role is multi-channel within defined geographies.
You will be required to manage, through partnering for growth, an existing portfolio of clients in NSW and assume responsibility for New Business Development. You will be targeting both on-premise and off-premise sales and will be generating your own leads as well as managing an existing distribution base and warm leads to help increase your market share. You should have/develop relationships with industry contacts in order to upsell and cross-sell where possible; you will be required to extensively travel on the road to meet with prospective business partners. Due to the nature of this role, availability to travel and flexible hours are required.
OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE:
i. Raise awareness of ENDEAVOUR Vintage Beer Co. within the territory
ii. Minimum number of effective weekly customer visits
iii. Maintain territory database
iv. Achieve sales targets & distribution KPI’s
v. Trade Marketing activation including tastings, festivals and other opportunities as required
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following:
- 3+years experience of territory sales
- Current RSA Qualifications
- Experience of working within Liquor (Beer experience preferred)
- Experience serving the Trade through preferred wholesalers
- A proven track record of achieving targets
- An outgoing and friendly approach
- Industry contacts
- Current Drivers license
OTE $100,000+ ($50,000 to $60,000 base + Super + Phone Allowance + Laptop + Car Allowance + uncapped quarterly bonuses)
