Job Description: Sales and Administration Support
Two Birds Brewing are seeking an energetic, self-motivated and business savvy administrator, who will be an integral member of the Melbourne based team. The position is for an all rounder who is keen to be involved across many administrative areas of an independent craft brewery operation.
Two Birds Brewing is now seven years old with national distribution and a Brewery and Tasting Room in Spotswood, Melbourne. This role will be dynamic and fast paced, as you help develop the administration functions to grow with the business.
Job Functions
- Process orders for national accounts, distributors and wholesalers. Liaise daily with the Craft Beer Ambassadors (sales reps) to process orders and customer requests.
- Instruct multiple 3rd party logistics companies to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
- Managing stock movement and logistics between multiple warehouses and storage facilities nationally.
- Assist with weekly forecasting and sales reviews to ensure adequate stock levels that support sales plans.
- Confidence in dealing with customers on accounts receivable matters and assisting the commercial manager with banking and accounting related tasks.
- Streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of business operations.
- Strong planning and follow up ability and openness to take on a variety of administrative tasks to learn all aspects of the business.
Job Requirements
- Organisational and time management skills are a key strength.
- A strong administrative knowledge including advanced skills in MS Office and Google Apps. Knowledge of Netsuite (JCurve) software program would be an advantage.
- Ability to prioritise and focus independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A desire to be part of a small, passionate growing team.

Two Birds Brewing are seeking an energetic, self-motivated and beer-passionate sales professional, who will be responsible for growing sales and representing our brand in the Victorian market. The position is for a people focussed and versatile individual, who will be an integral member of a growing, dynamic team in an exciting industry.
With an established network of contacts in the industry, you will secure new business, while maintaining and building relationships with existing accounts. Managing both on-premise and off-premise accounts, you will be responsible for revenue growth and increased market share across both keg and packaged formats.
Job Functions:
- Develop new long term customer relationships
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Delivery of territory sales targets
- Increase brand awareness through hosting events & product tastings
- Nurture & grow local community relationships
