Western Australia's Beerland Brewing was one of the biggest success stories at last week's Australian International Beer Awards, picking up an impressive collection of medals and trophies, including the esteemed Champion Australian Beer title for its wheat beer.
Now, the operation behind both Northbridge and Whitfords is planning to expand its footprint in its home state and is after a sales and marketing manager to help do just that.
Job Description: Sales and Marketing Manager
Under Master Brewer Ken Arrowsmith, Beerland Brewing is headquartered in Perth Western Australia and was recently awarded Champion Australian Beer at the 2018 AIBA. We are exceptionally proud of this year’s haul which included two trophies, five gold medals, two silver medals and four bronze medals.
We produce a core range of sessionable well-made beers as well as our Limited Edition range from two production facilities in Northbridge and Whitfords WA.
In light of our recent success we are looking to scale up our production and expand our sales footprint in WA. We are now seeking a senior Sales and Marketing Manager with demonstrable experience in beer sales to assist from the ground up.
The successful candidate will work with a small team of brewing and hospitality professionals with the support of a well organised broader hospitality business group with a passion for brewing.
The following core attributes are important to us:
- Experience in liquor sales and marketing in Australia
- Experience in key account management
- Ability to assist in strategy development and implementation
- Demonstrably strong sales results
- Desire to be on the ground in a primarily customer focused role
- Strong industry contact base
