Brisbane Brewing Co brews a colourful array of beers for bars across its home city, including its own venues, Brewhouse Brisbane and the West End brewpub where the beers are produced.
If you want to help keep that beer flowing, the brewery is hiring an assistant brewer.
JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT BREWER
Located in Brisbane’s West End, Brisbane Brewing Co requires an Assistant Brewer to join the Head Brewer and help run the venue’s onsite brewery. The position is a salaried full time position.
Our brewery is in constant production mode maintaining the supply of beer to two different venues. Brew lengths are typically 1,000L and we brew two to three times per week. Our lineup ranges from our staple beers (pale ale, pilsner, IPA, lager and wheat beer) as well as plenty of one-off pilot brewing in our 50L system.
The vast majority of our retail sales are through Brisbane Brewing Co in West End and through Brewhouse Brisbane in Woolloongabba.
Brisbane Brewing Co is a family owned business and had been operating now for three-and-a-half years at the Boundary Street site and for a further nine years prior to this in another CBD venue.
