Job Description: Stock and Customer Support Person

MCH Australia trading as Keg-King is looking for someone with excellent beer knowledge, homebrewing experience, keg system assembly and a whole lot more. We have a busy and beer-centric environment that supports the craft and homebrewing scene in Australia and across the globe with innovative products and brewing equipment.
The work is across the organization with internal staff and customers. The role is responsible for a range of stock procedures including assisting our engineers with testing equipment, input and adjustment of stock in our software system, brewing and fermenting a range of sample beers for customers, retail shop assistance as well as assisting in brewery maintenance procedures.
This is an excellent, hands-on opportunity to get involved in Australia’s ever expanding craft beer scene. On the job training can and will be required to become familiar with the thousands of products we offer to the industry worldwide.

Working with both wholesale and retail customers via online or phone the Sales Team Member role is responsible for quoting, invoicing, taking payments and calculating shipping for equipment orders. It is a busy environment but we ensure that all our staff have opportunities to share their ideas, brew some beer and learn on the job about our massive range of equipment that supports the brewing industry. You will need high level organization skills, attention to detail, and excellent phone/email manner.
