JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER (SYDNEY & REGIONAL)
Modus Operandi Brewing, based on the sunny Northern Beaches of Sydney, is an independent family owned brewery that has picked up numerous awards for its beer and hospitality, including 2018 Champion Large Independent Brewey!
We live by the simple M.O.: beer first; no shortcuts. We take this approach all the way through to the sales, marketing and promotion of our beer. We strive to always do the right thing by our beer and by our customers. The only thing as important as our beer and our drinkers is our people.
Our beer, in kegs and cans, are all handcrafted, packaged onsite and are made up of an award winning core range which has a keen following nationwide, but we also pride ourselves on exciting and original limited release beers.
With continued growth and expansion both in the brewery and in the venue, we have a new opportunity for a dedicated and determined Sydney Sales Manager that wants to be involved in a truly independent, creative and diverse team, creating and selling the best beer we can.
The successful applicant needed to help us grow into the next stage of our growth plan will need to be highly organised and possess a positive attitude with a versatile set of skills. You will take responsibility for the sale and brand promotion of all things Modus into all trade channels.
Being a small and growing business all of our team have a hands on, can do attitude which is an important attribute in the successful applicant. A background in liquor sales & account management is a must.

- Prior liquor sales experience
- Initiative to do what is required
- Motivation and passion for your career
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to think outside of the box and be creative
- An attentive, goal orientated and friendly personality
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Capability to manage time effectively
- Prior CRM experience preferred
- A valid drivers license
- RSA and weekend tasting and events work is require
