Brick Lane Brewing Co. is recruiting for several positions in packaging and brewing operations. Come and join Australia’s fastest growing independent brewery.
The Brick Lane Brewing Community is an idea celebrating the great independent brewing community in Australia, creating a place where all makers and lovers of good beer can come together. Our brewery is a purpose built facility in Dandenong South; designed with quality, flexibility and scale at its heart. From this Dandenong base, Brick Lane and our partners are brewing beers to be enjoyed at the brewery, across Dandenong, Melbourne, around Australia and beyond.
We’re currently looking for experienced production brewers and packaging operators. We also have several entry-level trainee brewer positions available for those seeking entry to the industry. All positions are full time and involve rotating shifts with some weekend and public holidays required.
You’ll be trained by an experienced team on state-of-the-art equipment and have access to our experiential and professional development programs, including support through formal technical brewing qualifications.
