Slipstream is a relative newcomer to Brisbane's burgeoning good beer scene, having launched midway through 2017 and wasted little time making an impact. As they build into 2019, the Yeerongpilly brewery is looking to hire another brewer.

Slipstream Brewing Company is growing! We have a position for an experienced brewer.
If you have a minimum one year of professional brewing experience and the desire to be part of a growing business, then Slipstream Brewing Company may be the next step in your brewing career.
Slipstream Brewing Company is an independent craft brewery located in Yeerongpilly, Brisbane, Queensland. Launching in June 2017, we have rapidly grown to now require additional resources in the brewery. Our cellar door at the brewery caters to a growing customer base of local patrons, tourists and beer lovers. We have a 20hl and 6hl brewhouses currently with 192hl fermenter capacity and plenty of physical space to grow. We brew a core range of hop forward beers and are constantly developing seasonal beers to add excitement to the Slipstream Brand.
The successful candidate will work under the guidance of the Head Brewer and work closely with the Slipstream Team. Flexibility is key for this position, as the person may initially be required to work a variety of functions in addition to brewing, cellaring and packaging.
Must have:
- One year professional brewing experience
- Drivers Licence
- Positive attitude
- Flexibility to work varying hours and weekends
- Good communication skills
Desirable:
- Holds a current Forklift licence
- Formal brewing qualifications
- Holds a Queensland RSA or RMLV certification
- Intermediate level Microsoft Excel skills
