A lot has changed since then, including the quality of the rum being made in the Harbour City. Brix Distillers are looking for a sales manager to bring their quality rum to the people.

Brix is looking for a bona-fide Sydney rum baron to join our team.
At Brix, we acknowledge Rum's dark history but we strive for it's bright future. Through our combined distillery, cellar door and hospitality offering in the middle of Surry Hills Brix is helping to raise the profile of the entire rum category here in Australia through the use of all local ingredients and a world class custom made production facility.
Brix is looking for an awesome professional and passionate sales person to join the team and help bring Australian molasses to the masses. We want someone to hit the road and help educate our customers around the many applications of rum and about how we turn rich Australian molasses, via our copper still, into the burnished spirit swirling in their glass.
Brix is a start-up company with a dynamic approach to business and we are looking for a self-starter who has previous sales experience and is passionate about what they do. Someone who is commercially minded, enthusiastic about being part of an exciting new project and who is interested to join the company at grass roots.
There is significant room for growth in this role for the right candidate and with the capacity to build a national sales team around them, this is a very exciting opportunity.
Salary is DOE, laptop and car allowance is provided. Previous sales experience is a must, however it is not mandatory to have been within the alcohol industry. Hospitality experience and product knowledge is also mandatory.
