Crafty in the Press III

Over the nigh-on two years that The Crafty Pint has been up and running, we’ve taken the time out on a couple of occasions to wrap up all the Crafty-penned articles that have appeared elsewhere online. It’s been a while since the last one, but given today marks the appearance of a story in Epicure in the Age that seems to be causing quite a stir, it seemed as good a time as any to run another collection of links.

If you’ve not yet seen today’s article on beer lists in restaurants, you can view it here, while the previous two wraps are found here and here. We will soon be adding the bi-monthly features we write for the James Halliday Wine Companion magazine to the site too.

Move Over Peroni – A look at the growing craft beer industry in Italy, which is sending its beers to Australia in ever greater numbers

Refreshing Taste of Diplomacy – The Scandinavian Invasion – a chat with some of the Danish and Norwegian brewers who have visited Australia in 2012

Time To Get Crafty – A (slightly out of time) look at goings-on in the Victorian craft beer world

When Gypsy Met Goat – Or “When the Age ran a reedited version of the video we had shot at our Melbourne Food & Wine event on its iPad app”

Best of the West On Tap – A look at the thriving craft beer industry in WA

Return of the Yeasty Boys – Australian brewers' growing affection for farmhouse style beers
