Hepburn Springs Ginger Beer

More often than not, Aussie breweries with a ginger beer in their lineup opt to make it a mid-strength or lower ABV offering. That's very much not the case here, with Hepburn Springs' Ginger Beer – a winner with visitors who claim they don't like beer – weighing in at an IPA-esque 6.5 percent.

Full and with a cloudy pale yellow body that's soft in texture (something of a Nick Galik signature move), the ginger tickles but doesn’t burn, and is accompanied by a gentle lemon-tinged sweetness.
