Job Description: Cellar and Packaging Team Member

This position is available to someone with a positive attitude, attention to detail and loves working with a committed team to ensure our drinks are packed to exceptional standards in a great environment. 

Duties included but not limited to:

  • All aspects of packaging beverages - including keg washing/filling, operating and troubleshooting canning line, packing products into boxes, loading and wrapping pallets
  • Tank analysis, CIP and preparation and general cellar work
  • Maintain packaging records, inventory and stock control
  • Clean and maintain production areas
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Organising paperwork for inbound and outbound goods inline with GS1 standards
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment including preventative maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Experience with machine operations and maintenance is highly desirable

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Hold a current Forklift License
  • Hold a current Drivers License 
  • AQF Certificate I in food processing or equivalent experience that can be demonstrated through written or verbal references
  • Demonstrated experience in a medium to high volume operation  
  • Full Australian working rights
