JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES MANAGER
Bridge Road Brewers are recognised as one of Australia's leading craft breweries, located in Beechworth, a vibrant Victorian town at the foot of the Alps. Bridge Road Brewers exists to produce local, high quality, premium craft beer, food and experiences. We provide service excellence to all our customers and are an employer of choice for our staff.
We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, energetic, industry savvy representative to lead our sales team to drive sales and take Bridge Road Brewers to the next level. We want to be the leading craft brewery in Australia and we are looking for a sales professional to support his.
This role involves running the Sales function to grow sales in national independent customers. Utilising your exception customer relationship skills you will generate sales from new and existing key accounts. You will develop and manage a high potential team to ensure they are performing at their best and our brand is respected in the market.
You will be working with an awesome portfolio of highly regarded and well recognised products. The successful applicant must be strategic, highly results driven and customer focused. We want someone who is a great communicator who can develop strong / long term relationship with customers. Sales Management experience is a must and knowledge of the craft beer industry an advantage.
