Kegstar is an innovative asset pooling and leasing business specialising in stainless steel kegs to the beverage industry. On the face of it our business is pretty simple… We rent and lease kegs… But when you dig down a bit you realise that to make that happen seamlessly and sustainably, there is a whole level of complexity and discipline required to make that happen.
And that’s where you come in… our Kegstar Business Development Executive, helping us to live up to our mission of getting as much quality beverage into the market as possible by being a friend to the industry. We know that our Keg Rental & Leasing solutions help producers to scale their businesses and your mission, should you choose to accept it is to help producers understand and realise the benefits of Kegstar’s innovative keg rental solution.
The role will suit a pragmatic individual who has a passion for the beverage industry, in particular beer & cider sales. The role is an entry-level sales role at Kegstar, however requires a strong track-record of sales and customer management experience. You’ll manage a large number of small-medium existing customers, ensuring they are delighted with our service incl. DIFOT and billing queries. You will also be charged with working alongside our experienced Business Managers, sourcing new business opportunities. The role provides an ideal opportunity to ‘learn the ropes’ at Kegstar and opens-up future opportunities in more senior roles in Sales and / or Operations.

Essential Capabilities & Qualifications
- 1-2 Years business development or account management experience
- Interest and knowledge of the Craft Beverage Industry
- Experience in representing companies at trade events and brand building activities
- Experience in general office suite
- Creative, sociable & enthusiastic style
- A good listening fast learner
- Passionate interest in brand building and social media savvy
- Able to demonstrate self-motivation and self-management skills
- Prepared to take the lead & ownership
- Tenacious, dedicated, capable & adaptable team player
- A track record of getting stuff done and making a difference
- Basic competencies in the art of ping pong will help too!
