Central Coast Brewery is a small operation that provides local beer to anyone who happens to finds themselves near one of New South Wales' premier coastal regions.
To keep that beer coming, the brewery is after an assistant brewer to join the team.
JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSISTANT BREWER
Central Coast Brewery is looking for a part time brewery assistant to join our production line. If you’re a fit and motivated individual seeking a medium-paced production role, then we want to hear from you today.
You'll be assisting with all brewery duties including:
- Cleaning
- Packaging
- Warehousing tasks
- Brewing production
- Quality control
- Filtering and carbonating
- Keg filling and maintenance
What we want from you:
- Minimum 12 months experience in the food industry.
- Great work ethic.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to get the job done.
- Good practical knowledge of the brewing process and associated tasks.
- Previous experience with brewing and a love for beer.
