JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR

Hopco is a family owned and operated business providing quality hops, hop products and production equipment to breweries and home brew stores across Australia.
Due to growth, we are in need some additional support and have created this role, reporting to the Manager. We are looking for a motivated, passionate individual to join our team. We’ve got heaps of stuff to do and want someone who’s hungry to come in and jump right into it.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating travel and conferencing requirements
- Event planning and coordination
- Order processing and coordination
- Invoicing
- Handle incoming sales enquiries
- Data entry
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience working in a similar generalist role
- Able to manage own agenda of work in a fast paced and reactive environment
- Xero experience a plus
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective communicator and customer service focused
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal
- Great organisational skills and a positive “can-do” attitude
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work a flexible schedule
- Prior experience in a Sales environment would be advantageous
- Knowledge of the beer industry and appreciation of beer styles advantageous
- Dedicated and self-motivated, passionate about the Craft Beer Industry!
