JOB DESCRIPTION: SALES REP
Young Henrys is looking for a like minded girl or guy to become the next ACT Purveyor of Booze. You’ll be solely responsible for making sure thirsty punters can buy Young Henrys beer and cider at their favourite pubs, bars and restaurants in and around the ACT Region.
YOU MUST...
Be passionate about booze - Your job is to educate others and get them pumped on the beer, cider and spirits we make. A solid knowledge of these products is super important.
Know the industry - we can guide you on selling YH the YH way, but the more you know about the scene the better chance you'll have of killing it from the get go.
Have some sales experience – (actually not mandatory but definitely preferred).
Be keen to get involved - This is not your standard M-F 9-5. Admittedly you'll be doing most of your work during the traditional working week but in addition you'll be expected to run bar shouts, events etc…
Be organised - you will have a large territory to cover and need to understand journey plan dynamics to prioritise your time and make sure you are sharing the love, by getting to as many current and potential customers as often as possible. The territory also covers the NSW snow region, south coast and some central west i.e. Young, Wagga etc…
Have a current driver's licence – as we said, this job requires lots of driving so you must be pretty handy behind the wheel. To clarify, you need to be good at parallel parking and not going up the back of other cars... burnout skills aren't mandatory.
