A ‘new’ brewery, Wilson Brewing Company is nearly two years old and has recently undergone a large brewhouse upgrade and rebrand. Due to a rapid increase in growth, demand and capacity, Wilson Brewing Company is now seeking a Head / Lead Brewer to join our legendary team!

What we’re looking for:
- A high level of commitment.
- Someone who can work well under pressure and can meet deadlines.
- Self – motivation and works well as part of a dynamic team.
- Previous commercial brewing experience and a good attitude!
- Be able to work outside the box and be addicted to recipe development using abnormal produce.
What you will bring:
- High level recipe development skills and best brewing practice.
- A strong knowledge of brewing systems and procedures.
- Experience with packaging lines (keg + can).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excitement and a passion for all things beer!
