Batch Brewing Co Smooth Sailin' Ginger Beer

Well, clearly something is telling people there's a hearty appetite for ginger beers this summer as this one from Batch Brewing Co is among three new releases we know of from Sydney breweries to land in the space of two weeks.

This one comes with none of the wispy clouds you often find in such beers, to the point it pretty much looks like a seltzer. And it presents as much like a ginger beer-flavoured seltzer as that appearance would have you believe. The stripped-back sugar content they're pushing contributes to the lightness of body too in a drink presumably designed to entice drinkers outside Batch's core constituency.
