Bridge Road have wasted no time since firing up the their brewery in East Brunswick Village, with a quartet of beers ready to be enjoyed from their inner city locale. They’re officially launching from 5pm on Januray 18 and include a freshly tapped batch of their EBV flagship Village Pils.

Joining it is Blast Off, a hazy IPA that was partially inspired by Bridge Road Brunswick’s head brewer Mark Schipano’s travels to the US and the joy of one particularly thick and juicy beer in Maine. Pouring with a dense haze, there’s an upfront intensity of juice that coats the tongue, while the hops, led by Mosaic and followed by Hersbrucker, Citra, and Vic Secret provide heavy lashings of orange and tropical fruit.

Dialling things down a little is Suncatcher, a hazy pale ale made with Cascade, Centennial, Mosaic, Talus, Idaho 7 and Citra. Though hazy, there’s a dry and crispness to the beer’s heart that makes for an easy-going affair where orange juice and mango shine. In other words, it's surely best enjoyed by the pint in the brewery's beer garden.

Finally, winding back the clock to an earlier beer iera is Magic Hour, a West Coast IPA that’s pours with a golden amber hue and is heavy on the pine, malt chewiness and a substantial, but still balanced hit of bitterness.
