Beechworth has its pale ale, East Brunswick Village has its pils. Village Pils was designed for Bridge Road Brewers Brunswick so locals wouldn’t just have their own brewery, but their own beer too.
The inner north flagship was inspired by Italian pilsners, which typically use a heavier dose of noble hops while still retaining the classic sessionabilty and sutble grace of a classic pils. Pouring a sparkling and clear golden hue, there’s a zesty floral bouquet, a touch of spice and substantial bitterness which all ensure that while it's an entirely different beast to Beechy Pale Ale, Village Pils is just as quaffable.
