If you were to hazard a guess at what Hawkers' favourite hop was, you might well land on Mosaic, given its prominence in the brewery’s IPAs over the years. Recurring Dreams is here to prove you correct too, with the hazy IPA exclusively using the ever-popular American hop.
It’s not hard to see why it’s appeared so frequently in the collective dreams of the Hawkers’ brewers either since, despite being just one hop, there's a whole lot going on; you could even say there's a real mosaic of flavours and aromas. Those flicker between elements that have made hazies so popular: mango, stone fruit and a juicy orange that's almost as sweet as a lolly, while pine joins in, as does a sharp citrus rind.
