The six course feast will run the gamut of styles, from light and hoppy pale ale to barnstorming Belgian barrel-aged Tripel via refreshing saison.
The full menu is as follows:

- Pickled ginger king prawn with fresh fennel & orange salad with Bridge Road Chevalier Saison
- Twice cooked duck shank and rice pilaf with Bridge Road Beechworth Pale Ale
