Since deciding to open their brewery just through summer and on occasional weekends, Red Hill's owners have tended to pull out the stops and make the weekends a little special.
None is quite as special as their Brewers's Secret Stash, however.
Over two days, they dip into their collection of rare and aged beers – and being ten years old and excellent hoarders, they have plenty of both – and invite you to come and indulge with them.
Over the weekend this year, they'll be tapping 10 specialty and award-winning ales.
Among them will be:
- Multiple years of Imperial Stout
- Cask conditioned beers
- Beer on handpump
- Seasonal brews such as Temptation and Hop Harvest Ale
There are always a few other little treats hidden away too…
Red Gum BBQ will be serving up US style Southern smoked goods and there's merch too: $28pp gets you a limited edition printed pint glass to take home – filled with great beer of course. Steins must be booked, which you can do here.
If you just want to rock up and drink, then no bookings are required; just drop in.
