The Rocks Brewing Company will be throwing the doors open across their three venues - the brewery bar, Harts Pub and The Lord Raglan Hotel - on the 4th of July for a day of all things American food and beer...
The Lord Raglan Hotel (Redfern)
The Rag will featuring an American Tap Takeover featuring the US-inspired beers of Modus Operandi, along with four more US brewers. The MO brewers will be along for a chat and to partake of the American BBQ classics, Corn Hole, star-spangled tunes and a country blues band which starts from 7pm. A lucky door prize winner will take home a mixed 6 of American beers plus there's a $100 voucher, Rocks cap and 4 pack of Hangman Pale Ale up for grabs for the best dressed American celebrity look-alike.
Brewery Bar (Alexandria)
Alongside all the usual Rocks beers at the bar, the kitchen will be turning over to American favourites like chili cheese dogs, hot dogs, cream cheese & pulled pork stuffed jalapenos, corn on the cob, cheeseburgers and dessert that's as sweet as apple pie. They'll also have live music playing from 2pm.
Harts Pub (The Rocks)
Harts is serving up the limited edition Hop Hunter IPA from Sierra Nevada which is made with distilled hop oil. For trimmings they'll be putting on a $39 set menu that includes ribs, steaks, fries and a dessert.
