Back in June, up in Brisbane, Bacchus Brewing celebrated its 4th birthday with a festival called Brumalia. For this, brewer Ross Kenrick invited brewers from across the country to come and brew a one-off beer for a weekend of Romaneque feasting. The only proviso was that every beer had to be dark.
In all, that added up to 26 different beers.
Now, every one of those beers will be winging its way down from Brisbane to The Quarryman's Hotel where they'll be tapped on Saturday 1st August.
