Few breweries have had such an eventful first two years as Modus Operandi. From nothing to Champion Small Brewer one year to Champion Medium Brewer the next, their many awards – particularly in the hoppier styles – suggest they make some pretty decent beer. Which is all well and good if you're in Sydney and can get it. But for those in other states, it's a bit mean to keep banging on about it.
So, good news for South Australians then as MO is set to launch its first beers in that fine state.
On December 3 at the Gilbert Street Hotel, not only will they be pouring seven of their beers, but it'll be the first event of the new Modus Operandi. They're rebranding and re-jigging their beer lineup, so it'll be a chance to try the new pillars of the core range plus some recent releases:
- Layback Aussie Pale
- Pale Ale
- Cream of the Hop #3
- Zoofeeder IPA
- Former Tenant IPA
- Summer Saison
- Sonic Prayer IPA
The team will be flying down for the night so head along for a chat from around 4pm.
