For the fourth year in a row, Newcastle's Grain Store is celebrating Father's Day by putting on a big Brewers Breakfast and this year the brewer they're teaming up with is local legend Grainfed.
With breakfast served at 9:30am, the three course and four beer menu will be worth skipping Saturday morning sports for:
- House made banana bread, served with Sneaky One
- Eggs Benedict and ham hock, served with East Coast Pale Ale
- Waffle and Quiet One ice cream, served with Quiet One
The morning will be hosted by comedian Steve Philip, so you'll be left in a very positive frame of mind come lunchtime. But before you leave you'll be given a voucher to come back (or stay) for a glass of 3 Sons IPA, a beer named for Grainfed brewer Lachie MacBean's three sons - isn't that a nice fit for Father's Day!
The date is fast approaching, but spaces at the table are disappearing faster with just a handful left.
