One of the main benefits of having a swathe of overseas breweries sending their beer Down Under (aside from being able to drink the beer) is that they tend to send their brewers along to try and make a bit of a connection with punters. These tend to be very interesting people from pioneering or very well know breweries with a bag full of good stories to share.
One of those is Tim Matthews, the head brewer from Oskar Blues, the American brewery cited as a pioneer of putting beer in cans and which has grown into a massive, multi-brewery operation. Tim will be in Perth on Monday May 22 and you can join him at Baby Mammoth for a five course feast matched with Oskar Blues beers.
This strictly one-off opportunity will cost you $95 which will send you home suitably well fed, watered and entertained. Book a ticket here.
