For the third year running, The Flodge will be pitting Sydney's craft beer stronghold of the Inner West against the burgeoning North Shore scene in a tap takeover battle.
It's a distinctly hop-heavy line-up, with Shenanigans Winston the reigning champ up against it in the form of several other forms of pale ale and IPA:
- Modus Operandi – Modus Pale
- 4 Pines – In Season IPA
- Nomad – Supersonic Double IPA
- Shenanigans – Winston Pale Ale
- Batch Brewing – Juicy as Phuck Vermont IPA
- Wayward – Funky Pineapple Handgrenade Brettanomyces IPA
Beers will be tapped in the afternoon but things get serious from about 6pm with brewers along to coax you into giving them your vote as they pursue the iconic recycled trophy.
Voting for your favourite beer will give you a chance to win some beer merch on the night.
