They're a little bit excited, are the folk at Carwyn Cellars – and they reckon you should be too. Why? Well, they've managed to score seven kegs of beer from Swedish brewer Omnipollo, and that doesn't happen very often here. Or at all.
Omnipollo is of those annoying gypsy brewers that makes beer in top breweries all over the world, gets perfect scores on beer rating sites and puts its beer in packaging so lovely that all you can do is sigh in admiration. Anyhoo, here's what they'll be pouring:
- Magic #3.5 Pineapple Gose
- Onda 100% Mosaic Pale Ale
- Original Ice Cream Pale Ale
- Leon Belgian Pale Ale
- Original Lemon Meringue Ice Cream Pie
- Hynopompa Marshmallow Stout
- Selassie Stout
This is evidently the only place in Australia where you'll have the opportunity to try all seven beers at one place at one time so, if you're in the mood, you best make a move before the rest of the Melbourne beer fraternity beats you to it.
