Back in 2011, a group of locals took over the Aireys Pub, driven by a desire to save it from developers and later chose to install the Rogue Wave brewery there too. If you fancy joining them for life on the Great Ocean Road, they're on the hunt for another brewer.
Job Description: Brewer
Rogue Wave Brewing is looking for an experienced brewer to join our team. Based in Aireys Inlet on the Great Ocean Road, the approved candidate gets to live in paradise, brew beer and go surfing. Boogie boarders need not apply.
The right applicant will be working under our head brewer but must be capable and have previous experience in brewing and quality control.
Preference will be given to those able to operate a 12 hectolitre system independently but onsite training will be available and systems are all in place.
