The Natural Beverage Company is seeking two new sales managers to join the Kreol team, with one to be based in Sydney and the other in Melbourne.

Job Description: Sales Territory Manager

The Natural Beverage Company is a young start-up business, with exciting brand growth across the functional beverage market. We are launching new exciting products and looking to build an energetic sales team nationally to target cafes, health food stores, independent grocery and more. 

We are a supportive team looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, motivated people to be part of our team.

The role: 

  • This is an ideal role for someone who has worked with and is genuinely passionate about healthy and wellness products
  • Responsible for executing our direct on road van sales to current and new customers
  • Identifying and secure new business opportunities within cafés, independent retailers, health food stores, fitness locations etc.
  • Managing our brand position and merchandising within stores 
  • Executing promotional activities
  • Sharing feedback, insights and opportunities with the management team
  • Helping to analyses and improve processes and efficiencies 
  • Attending events 
  • Work to set sales KPI’s and sales targets

Skills and experience required:

  • Two to three years experience in a similar role selling health and wellness products
  • FMCG background will work well in this market, ideally from beverages industry
  • Exceptional networking and entrepreneurial skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong new business development experience 
  • An enthusiastic, self-motivated, confident person who is driven to succeed 
  • Strong presentation skills and sales pitching ability
  • A motivated sales representative to achieve weekly sales goals
  • A genuine interest in health and wellbeing is very important in this role
  • Ability to work to set sales KPI’s
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Must have valid drivers license

The role is fully autonomous and we offer a competitive pay structure that includes a work car and uncapped commissions.

We are looking for someone who is eager and focused on driving sales, new business opportunities and building strong relationships with current customers. The role will be reporting directly to the management team. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
