Job Description: New Team Members
KegLand is Australia’s Largest and Fastest Growing Craft Beer Hardware Distributor To fuel this expanding business we are looking for people to work in our office at 12-18 Lascelles St, Springvale, VIC.
If you love home brew, keg dispensing and anything to do with beer then you may have found your calling. We are innovative manufacturers of awesome home brew gear and keg dispensing hardware. Join our team as we develop, distribute and sell the gear that shapes how home brew is made in Australia.
We are looking for full time and casual staff mainly to work during business hours Monday to Friday.
What we need:
- Must be passionate about home brew
- Computer savvy
- Strong communicator especially over the phone
- Be able to give excellent customer service
The role is primarily in customer service so you will be helping customers with advice on how to use our gear. You need to be able to type fast and answer phone calls. It's a fast paced job so you will need to be able to work efficiently. We have high expectations on our customer service levels so being able to maintain these high customer service levels is highly important.
