Victoria's Southern Bay is in the final stages of refreshing its brand and releasing a new lineup of beers.

Job Description: Brewer
On the cusp of launching a new look and products, Southern Bay Brewery in Geelong is in need of an entry level brewer to join our talented team. This position is available for immediate start so the successful candidate needs to be able to hit the ground running.
Essential skills:
- Passion for craft beer and brewing
- Strong work ethic
- Fit and able to undertake a range of duties in a physically demanding brewery
- Strong problem solving skills
Other desirable attributes:
- Rertiary brewing qualifications
- Previous brewing experience
- Able to demonstrate a strong mechanical aptitude
- A desire to learn and further their brewing experiences
- Forklift licence
- Other relevant qualifications e.g. confined space, boiler operation etc
This is a great opportunity to join a team of experienced brewers and work in all aspects of the business from start to finish of the process. Salary is negotiable with the successful candidate.
