Job Description: Beer Ambassador
Love craft beer and looking for an entry into this amazing industry? Barossa Valley Brewing is looking for someone with a passion for great beer, a love for delivering amazing customer service and an eagerness to learn.
The role would be a hospitality role based at the beautiful Tanunda brewery, educating customers on the range of award winning beers. Ample training would be provided which would cover brewing and marketing. The intention is for this role to expand into a Brand Ambassador role in SA and other states.
The role would include
- Working at the Brewery Cellar door making sure customers have the best experience possible
- Conducting educational events and tours
- Managing beer events
- Marketing both brewery and the cellar door.
- Learning about the beers by becoming involved in brewing operations.
- Assist in sales and marketing outside the Barossa in a Brand Ambassador role
You should have
- Two years experience in a customer service position
- A passion for great craft beer
- A desire to offer amazing customer service
- A willingness to learn
